Process Engineer (AS100)
- Responsible for the process engineering within the Industrial Engineering Department and MC.
- Responsible for achieving policy deployment targets.
- Through continuous follow up ensure that policy deployment targets are achieved.
- Responsible for standardized methods of working /planning in the process engineering within the Industrial Engineering Department and MC.
- Support APS implementation, active participation in APS workshop activity.
- Support the APDS process, LMPU and cycle time improvement.
- Responsible for process documentation preparation and revision (Flow chart, PFMEA, Work instruction, line capacity study for new business, Work balance sheet, Etc…)
- Ensure new launch on time and within budget.
- Responsible for process preparation and trial build.
- Responsible for new jig and fixture implementation.
- Support new line set up. Provide production data such as LMPU, cycle time, investment cost and so on for support new project quote and QAD system set up.
- Maintain and implement methods, systems and routines as necessary.
- Ensure Plant capacity and line capacity meet the customer target.
- Ensure Machine and line utilization improvement for more efficiency
- Perform line FMEA Go & See Activity on time and close issued on time
